you came here, and ask that question and expect "experts" to answer....
if you have read up on any materials, hiv is spread thru bodily fluids, so yes, pre-ejaculate can transmit hiv, same as semen, as it comes(no pun intended) from the same source.

yes. hiv is transmitted in blood, semen, or vaginal secretions - not saliva - thats why you cant get it from kissing somebody.
if you or your partner have hiv and the pre-ejaculate fluid got either inside the other person or if they had a cut or sore that it could get into - it is very possible the hiv was transmitted, but a few rare people cannot even contract the virus!! That is very very rare. If you were having oral - you are safe. saliva is too harsh for the hiv virus to survive in, so it will not have been transmitted from having the semen in the other persons mouth.
my advice - you and your partner should both be tested for hiv. most likely you are both fine, but it is better to be safe than sorry. if one of you did have hiv - the sooner you could treat it the better it would be. My best friend is HIV positive. So trust me, it is better to be safe than sorry. As in here case. Any STD is bad, but I'd rather know if I did have it. Watch who you drink after, eat after, have sex with even. Std's are not a game to be played with. It is a very serious matter. Do yourself a favor and go get checked.

Yes - pre-ejaculatory fluid is similar in composition to the the actual ejaculate. There is no reason why the pre-ejaculate would not have infectious HIV particles within it.
That said, the pre-ejaculate is not a particularily large volume, and you are less likely to be infected by pre-ejaculate than the full load of ejaculatory fluid.
You should still be checked out. As should everybody in fact.

I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for most of my life, but I found the most amazing invention to tackle this issue and since then I never looked back, and it is so simple. ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) There are quite a few options to tackle this issue. Go and see a Doctor, he will write you a prescription for Dapoxetine. But look at the possible side-effects, I especially like the last two ( I don't reccomend it) . The most commonly reported side effects when taking Dapoxetine tablets30mg include, headache, gastrointestinal upset (nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal discomfort), dizziness, drowsiness, tremor, difficulty sleeping, increased blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, reduced libido. There are the self control methods which are not really easy to achieve and time consuming, but the worst is that most of them instruct you to think of other things while making love, I want to experience my partner in full and as sexy as possible and not concentrate on Mickey Mouse or how not to come and deep breathing and what have you. I want to think about my partner and look at her in all details and watch her as if possible several times in one game, that’s what I want. The best solution is surely this method ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) I reccomend to check this method, it s the best choice! Did you know that there are a lot of sensitive points on both the cut and uncut penis? The uncut penis has more, though. It has 17 to where the cut ones have only 11. If you have an uncut one, then you’re feeling every little caress and it feels way too good and within a matter of minutes, wham! You’re gone, dude. But the same goes for many of the cut dudes too. The plaster is thin, see-thru and discreet looking and you can put it on ahead of time if you know you’re going to get lucky that night. If you’re uncut, it easily fits under the foreskin, unnoticed. Facts Are 1- Several places on the foreskin are considerably more sensitive than any point on the circumcised penis. 2- The glans are not the most sensitive part of the penis, but rather, among the least sensitive. 3- The most sensitive part of a circumcised penis is the foreskin’s remnant and scar. If you are interested in this product, just Google this sentence including the quotes, it will get you to the right place and you will find a lot more information there. "What we have to offer will allow you to delay your orgasms, able to please your lady for a long long time." For me, if this is done as instructed, I can go for at least 30 minutes and I have noticed that after using it for a while I even go longer without it. The best choice is check the website posted above.

Try reading something published by qualified people
