Ive been trying for months to impress someone and have had little success. I have attempted jumping off buildings, wearing outlandish outfits such as giant bird suits (the chicken was fun) and also covering myself in excrement just to grab the attention of this lady. Please, I am running out od ideas.

That is no way to act for a lady she think your a madman, and want to stay away from you , oh my god jumping of a building, the least a woman wants is a crazy man, because she think if he would treat her with respect,
I think and I wish many men would do, is ask her, be brave, smile at her , just do it, says you want to take her out on a date, if she says your wierd says you did those things to attract her, behave well now , just be honest
you know what if a guy talk to me I would be more happy, than him just showing himself about , because it just shows that the man is trying to impress himself to women , TELL her her face than she ll believe you ,

You must be mad, mick! Have you tried being yourself? Don't you realize that if you have to be someone or something else to get this Lady's' attention, then you will have to remain that made up person to keep her? Is she worth going through life, being someone else. Sooner or later you will tire of the facade and revert to whom you are and she will leave you. If she can't accept you for what and who you are, she is not worthy of your attention.

unless she knows it is for her benefit then its not worth while. if u can't ask her out face to face why not do something romantic like leave cryptic clues (maybe ask one of her friends to help u set it up) loads of little clues to a nice secluded area maybe and then she will come to a picnic basket and u can appear with the wine (it might work maybe a bit corney but girls really like stuff like that, even the ones who say they don't do!!)

Be yourself try to know her bettre,U know women they are funny and fun to be with,once they know U have geniue interest.
Try to do something sensible and pls dont kill yourself,because of anybody.

What you did was silly, she doesn't take you seriously.
The best to do is be your self. and remember this is like a magnet, may be you are attracted to her may be she is not attracted to you, if this is the case , the more you do silly things the more she looks down at you.. just be your self.
