have you ever wondered the same thing?

Yes. I really hope you are asking this question for purposes of research for writing a screenplay or book. That is the assumption on which I will base my answer this question.

A number of factors come into the decision making process. How deeply do you wish to injure someone, or do you wish kill them? For injury, a solid roundhouse kick with a slight modification would be the most effective. For death, there are three points I can think of offhand that would easily do this, and four other points that would do this, although they are much more difficult, again with a modified roundhouse, but I'm not telling anyone. Address this with a sensei, or other martial arts instructor if you are writing a short story, book, poem(?), or screenplay.

It could be considered Assault, Assault With a Deadly Weapon, or Attempted Murder, or, in a worst case scenario, 1st degree murder(premeditated), although usually it would have been 2d degree murder if the person kicked had died in a random fight. It could also be determined to be an act of self-defense.

Never wondered about this question. Depending on the dojo, this is usually warned against after one attains a brown belt.

Didn't that happen in Single White Female? She cracked dude's skull by putting a hole in his head with her stilletto...I don't think you can stab anyone with a stilletto since the bottom point usually has a rubber tip on it-but the sheer heaviness of a stilletto could probably knock someone unconscious...LOL...
