i agree nothing i have seen to date would classify as "Best Movie of the Year" they all must be holding out till just before the cut off date for the oscars.

Actually it would be a television movie from AMC:
"Broken Trail" with Robert Duval. I really think this movie would have done QUITE well in the theaters.
