You must first find the reason why she ignores you from her friends. Approach her every time you see her. A person can't be that ignorant. If she still ignores you, then try to speak to her in a crowded area. If she doesn't answer, she might be labled as bad manners. So she will probable give you a response either it is a positive one or the negative one.

hey mate the best way to talk to someone you know will ignore is to find out what their interest are. when you accomplish that you can try mentioning some sort of sentence to do with that topic.. but don't ever act on liking the same things if you don't!!! girls don't like guys that lie.... another way is to stand up for her in a non violent way, another way is to ignore them back but only as a last resort OK

how should you talk to a girl knowing that she's going to ignore you? uhhh when she doesn't answer try talking like a def person and make some fake sign language motions saying nuuu nuuuuu neeb me tuuu thingg thoo nuuuu?" remember this is just ONE girl out of how many billioin on the whole planet? so don't get hung up if ONE little girl won't listen.

Why bother? If she's ignoring you, there's a reason behind it, like she's not interested.
If you really wanted her attention that badly, I suppose you could go up to her, and talk right in her face so she couldn't not notice you, but then she'd never want to even see you again.

there is a good chance she really likes you but doesn't want her friends to find out how she fills just start talking to one of her Friends she will soon become jealous and she will start to talk to you and if she doesn't don't worry about her some girls are just plain rude and get off on it
