No, this will only kill the spirit of the game. The umpires, match refree and other officials are appointed for this reason. The whole idea of having these 'managers' of the game will cease and we will have a lot of confusion. The supporters (audience) are from both side in a match and it could create a lot of grievences which may perhaps lead to controversies and even riots amongst the spectators. Lets leave this job for the appointed decision makers.

Cheers,
James

Would you change the scenes/end/event in the movie if you didn't like one? What did you say - Why not? After all I am paying money to watch one.

Well, You won't and same goes with the cricket. You, at your own will, watch a match with out any compulsion from anybody. The things can go wrong same as a movie may not be as par your taste.

No ,never.
Audience means they are the people who should sit and enjoy the game.
Cricket is not a quiz programme where you can involve audience along with participants.
The day something like that happens it will not be cricket anymore

They may express their emotions or opinions but that should not affect the match in any way. If you mean at times when the audience thinks that the umpire is wrong, then I'll say that if everything would be fair and acording to the book then there would be no fun.

Don't you think that would defeat the point of having referees, who have to take courses and tests, if the audience can force an issue out of emotions?

That would be HILARIOUS!!!
Can you imagine a drunken bay 13 at the MCG being given the vote over an LBW decision for a visiting batsman!?!?
Ball swings widely down the legside, big screen says LBW or not?
90,000 drunken Victorians in chorus:
OUT, P*SS OFF, YOUR OUT!!!

Audience have to hold placards, flap flags, paint their faces and drink sodas. They can come late and leave early. They have to swing, dance and swear..Nine players a minium are audience. So no decision role for audience.
