I've never heard of ethanol causing rough idling. Try putting a fuel additive in your tank or use a can of B12 Chem tool to clean the fuel system. You may have an injector that's stopped up.
Ethanol burns hotter and cleaner than gas. However, It's still under warranty, take it to the dealership and have it checked out. But don't offer them any information about it. They may come to a wrong conclusion. Let them figure out the problem. Good luck.

Since they?
Who gases you up? surely you do.
and a tankful of ethanol is compatible with regular unleaded gas (alcohol)

Maybe diesel got mixed in with gas?

watch the diesel variety- thats new on the market and I would steer clear until that checks out.

Take it in for warranty check. Mechanic can diagnos this.

Ethanol burns hotter than regular gas, now I don't know if it is contributing to your problem or not

it can ... ethanol deteriorates rubber seals and lines making them hard and cracked over time ... it also has a property of attracting moisture which can cause corrosion and gunk buildup in the system... nasty stuff imo.
