Why are students on here posting questions for homework help when we all on here have the internet?! If I want to help someone with a question that I do not know, I go and do a search. Is it that they are lazy or just plain ignorant to try to figure it out themselves? I don't think I would trust some people on here with my grades. Oh! and then I would have to look up there answers.!!!! So why... don't I do it in the first place.

lazy might come to mind on some, but I'm sure there are people out there that still dont know how to you the internet. For the time it takes them to ask the question they could yahoo or google the answer.

babes m nt so sure we are all intellectually equal..imagine kids staying in boarding schools,ther is no mommy,daddy,brother or sista to help with some challenging home workstuff..come to think of't..these poor people could have tried to do some research on the net before posting their questions to those online..i mean yahoo research does recommend people to yahoo answers if they can't find what they are looking 4..i actually thought yahoo answers was a general thing whether homework or not..if u fil that u can't help with their home work then carry on with something else,some1 who actually cares and understands will..stop judging others not knowing the situations they could be in?????????

I totally agree with you. My step son who is in grade six asked me how to do his maths home work i asked him if he was doing them sort of sums at school and he said no. So i rang the school and the teacher was giving the children the question to see how many of the students new how to do them. I think this is silly as some mothers and fathers just give there children the answers i told him to leave them blank and tell the teacher he didn't know how to do them

Of coarse they are lazy. Some however may not know how to find the answers they need on the net. Sometimes I think they are just taking a poll to see if we agree with their answer.

As the saying goes "two heads is better than one." When they will combine all the anwsers or ideas of the different people and edit it and put it togther they will come up with an excellent answers may be.

A lot of the answers they get are to go do their homework themselves. If you ever notice, many times they can't spell and don't know how to use spell check. Obviously, they are used to having things done for them.

They tend to hone ones knowledge about things. We can't even get such ideas.
