Learn from them. Understand what went wrong, and fix it. If it was something that someone did, forgive, and be more cautious the next time round.

chakra cleansing is so amazing.
I use a Doreen Virtue CD.
You imagine energy points through out your body that symbolise aspects of your life, and you release the negative energy.
I cried like a baby the first time I did it. I found it very powerful.
I believe it is a buddist practice. Although I am not too sure.
You might be able to get a CD online or at an Alternative health Store.
I highly recommend this experience.
Do a search on the internet for "chakra cleansing".
Or even better would be a group in your area, where you can attend, it may linked to a yoga class or natural healing centres.
I am not into natural healing, but i do love this process.

I had to go to a psychitrist to get rid of my negativity brought upon me by ill experiences in life. He made me see things differently, he made me say "who cares!?" at anything that would make me angry. He also put me on xanax and zoloft, which at first I refused to do because I didn't want to become a "vegetable head", but it was better than jeopardizing my life to suicide.
Just sit and make a list of all the good things you have in life, of everything that is good to you. Make a journal of your every day life and write about how you feel, about your dreams. Just don't write about the past. Rate each day 1= bad, 5 = Very good, depending on how you felt that day. At the end of the week see how many bad days you had... you'll notice that it's not SOOOO bad. Stay away from negativity, stay away from TV, stay away from caffeine, alcohol or drugs.
Try working out, find friends with positive attitudes, study, learn, start a hobby, sing, dance... get a pet.
Good luck.

I write. sometimes I mail it the the person. sometimes I don't.
in writing i get to see the whole mess and find the reasons with some understanding to find some peace. I also get to learn a lesson or two. I also get to see the truth and look at my self for my wrongs to be a better person. I also see the things I will except and the things I wont. In the end it really is not the fault or the blame of one person. Then close the page and remember the fun times the stupid things that were say or done. Bygones

Don't think about them. That's what I do, and it works for me.
Course there are some things you need to think about or you'll never move on in life.
I shove my problems to the back of my mind and try not to think of them till I need to.
Everyone says that talking things through with people is the best way of dealing with things, but I find that it just upsets me further and then the person you've talked with is always bringing the issue up or whatever.
I've seen shrinks and councillors and stuff and they've not worked for me, they just pissed me off. I ended up walking out of most of the sessions.
But yeah ...
Good luck x

I turn them all into positives. Ever negative has a positive side if you look for it. I was abused as a child, I've learned to help others, to forgive, to understand, not to blame God, that one negative in life has brought much in making me a more spiritual, loving person. There is something good that can come from all negativity

Always keep this saying in the back of your head, "What doesn't kill you make you stronger." All my life people literally went out of their way to keep me surrounded with negativity. It hurt, but I lived on. You know what, I'm still here. People still try today, but I keep on livin', you will too and you'll know it sooner than you think. You will benefit from it all at the end.

Share with friends (so-called)
They will go at length to explain why those are not really so negative as you believe. They will enjoy doing so and that way you'll be doing them a favour too.
