There are services, as I'm sure you would find if you did a web search on the term "on-line publications." I won't put any here to seem to be a recommendation, but a friend of mine is doing that. Apparently the idea is there is a modest fee to download, but if you want a proper bound copy, that's a special order. My guess is they simply print out and bind a copy of the downloaded one, and perhaps add a nice cover (my friend's shows attractive artwork for the cover, so there must be one), and mail that to you.
If you are talking about books that are already printed, that you would be mailing out, then all you need is a web site and lots of hyperlinks to and from search engines that catch more than title and author, but subject headings; lots of subject headings. That would then direct them to your site as the publisher, and you will need to be able to take Visa and MasterCard at least, and probably PayPal.
If you do not know any web design software, or don't have the patience to design it yourself, there are probably millions of contract web designers out there. Surf around until you find a design that seems nice to you, and look at the bottom for a link to the design contractor. Some will be in-house, but you'll be surprised how many are done by contractors.

if you publish them in electronic format it is very easy to have them sold through amazon.com.
