ybrowser.exe aplication error?

Question

everytime i click on my btyahoo browser i get a box with the message ybrowser.exe application error the exception unknown software (0xc00000fd0)occured in the application at location 0x63611149 click ok to terminate click cancel to debug . no matter what i do the browser shuts off ??? ive reinstalled btyahoo till im blue in the face still there any ideas

Speak to BT as they are your ISP and provided the applicatin. Good luck.
