If you are sure its pimples, then try the ones you applied on your face. If unsure consult a doctor. And better still, don't bother. They make the buttocks look sexier.

I dont know why you says girls only. Did you see that what type of spots are there.You can consult dermatologist & apply cream to cure that

if you're not sure what it is, try washing the skin in salt and vinegar--this is an effective antibacterial, antifungal treatment in any case.
other than that i can only suggest good hygiene. wash thoroughly in the shower, dry thoroughly, wear clean underwear, and exfoliate (scrub) twice a week.
