After sending any E Mail, Go to the Send Items Folder and at there, you will find the last Mail that you have already send, at there, Select that perticular Mail and Press Delete button from the Upper or Bottom Bar of you mail list..
Your Mail will be deleted at the same time....

The people who are explaining how to delete it are right, but they're explaining how to delete a copy that may be held in your own account. In most email systems, including yahoo, hotmail, etc you can't delete the original of the email that you've sent to someone else, as others have pointed out. Once it's gone, it's gone and there's nothing you can do about that. People have lost jobs, spouses, etc because of that.

you can't - that's the beauty of email. try pretending that your friend hacked into your account and sent the email without your knowledge.
