Muslims are treated with suspicion in some cases, but that is to do with the very real threat of extremism. I don't know if there was ever such thing as an extreme Jew, also the political situation is totally different so I don't think your analogy works.

If you are inferring that there will ever be a genocide against Muslims in a country like Britain then you are very wrong. There is more likely to be a genocide against certain types of Muslims by different Muslims in a Muslim country.

I hardly believe it can go as far as a genocide, but they are already restricted in countries you wouldn't expect: France, Germany, and even more surprisingly Turkey banned headscarf wearing in public buildings. They could have told as well "we're not allowing Muslim girls to be educated". Otherwise officially Muslims are treated normally, although they are monitored better than non-Muslims.
As for the people, I think they have less prejudices against Muslims than they had against Jews, even if Yahoo Answers shows a different picture of this.

Oh don't be ridiculous. They were not "regarded with suspicion and discriminated against everywhere.'' For crying out loud, the officer who recommended Hitler for his Iron Cross was a Jew. The Jews were part of the fabric of European civilisation and if individual Jews were the subject of prejudice and bigotry, it was just that, prejudice and bigotry founded on nothing whereas the suspicion directed against Muslims is born of the fear that they want to murder everybody else.

The difference was that the Jews of Hitlers time was a kind loving nation who did not blow things up and kill thousands of innocent people like the so called Muslims of today's times. As long as the Muslim people of today's times hide the terrorists they will be viewed with suspicion. They need to tell police where these so called Muslims are living and what they are doing not hiding them.

No. Muslims could never take the place of the Jewish society. Muslims come from the line of Ishmael which God said would always raise their swords against the Nation of Israel. The suicide bombings we see everyday is prophecy coming true that was predicted thousands of years ago.

although that is true, i don't think there was a group of jews that used to respond to accusations of being violent by screaming 'no we aren't' whilst trying to damage anything and anybody that might be in their way at the time.

thats not a fair comparison.
