The duck would win. He would have his mates shouting his name every time the chicken fired off a rocket and he would... ahem... "duck" out of the way.

I'd have to agree with first guy, as the cook has opposable thumbs with which to operate his butcher knife,whereas, special forces training or not, neither bird is said to possess these necessary appendages. =}
