Which contemplated, or executed?
Obviously you haven't been in a tough fight, knowing it was coming, needing to prepare, wondering will he be armed, what should you do next. If that ain't preparing to torture somebody it should be. Especially when you know that the other guy knows how to defend himself and knows how to fight dirty. Torture is expected. Most fights end in a minut or less. This type of fight ends when one of you loses consciousness.
those are the moments men regret and yet revere.

You will never appease your anger.
Anger comes and goes. Giving it attention only makes it worse.
Once you begin to "make a deal" with your anger...... your anger wins and begins to infiltrate your life, your heart and your mind.
THEN, with all of your faculties consumed and contaminated..... anger takes over your health, your home, your work-place... and then spreads in to your relationships and your neighborhood.
Anger lives on the power you feed it.
I usually just stand back and watch an "enemy" torture THEMSELVES with their own craziness ......... and I will admit that it is one of my "guilty pleasures" in Life.
