Be careful.........make sure you register patents with the patent office - preferably international patents. Will cost you a bit but worth it in the end. Get prototypes done wherever possible then go to toy fairs and try and get some interest in your products. Good luck!

You should register the idea. You could also try to get a prototype done. There are lots of toy shows too. You should potentially visit them and find out from the big toy companies.

design the toys on paper, contact toy companies, ask if you could send them your "patent pending" toy idea. Hope for the best.
