use of system.web.mail in asp.net?

I am developing INTRA MAILING system. I have configure POP3 / SMTP and its working fine in Outlook but I want to manage it through BROWSER. Plz help me for use of system.web.mail class. If any tutorial available on any site plz. give me link. Thank U.
