There's only one way to take out a giant that won't get you in trouble and that's with stones and a sling.

It's okay because that's how David killed Goliath and that must be alright because it's in the Bible and we all know the Bible's right.

If you are in the UK you do have rights. If their tree is blocking your sunshine, then I would suggest you go around and have a friendly chat with them. Just be nice and keep it friendly. If that doesn't work, then you can go the legal route but your relationship with them will never be the same. There is a limit on height but not sure what it is. Contact your local council and they might be able to help. Or ask a solicitor.

Good luck! Hope you find some sunshine soon!

Legally you can't do anything if he's not on your property. Persuade him to break something and then you can press charges for vandalising your property. Alternatively lure him away from your neighbour's house, they tend to be greedy so tempt him with food. Giants have a terrible sense of direction hopefully he'll get lost, especially if you lead him to a portal.

Is it an iron giant like you? Why not start a relationship with it and them casually mention the sun problem!

You could get some magic beans, plant them and tell him there's an uninhabited palace at the top of the beanstalk, with lots of treasure and a golden goose. I guarantee it, he'll be up there like a shot. Then all you have to do is chop it down!

its a well known fact that giants like to eat lots of nuts,so throw lots of peanuts over the fence and he will have to bend down all day picking them up, the sun will shine into your garden and the problem is solved,
the moral of the story is""" you dont have to be nuts to like nuts ,but it helps"

have a nice sunny day

Legally I don't know, but I've got a spare army of trolls lying around here that I could lend you, I'm sure they could sort something out for you.
