i have slim figure but my belly is large plz tell some tips.

1. One full glass of warm water+2 spoons of honey+one fresh lemon : Twice a day.
2. Eat at least 2 glasses of water before you take lunch/dinner
3. Stop drinking beer if you are...
4. Boil water every morning and consume boiled water
5. If you can spare time go for walk at least 30 minutes a day.
6. Use vegetables that contains fibres (Carrot, Cabbage etc.)

Eats loads of water and do yoga specially like kaapaal bhati, mayurasana, some inhaling and exhaling exercises called 'pranayam' and definitely do brisk walking for at least 45 mins every day

Actually you can pin point the wt loss, just stay on the low cal diet, the belly will shrink, it's always the last to go, avoid sugar and refined carbs

Yoga can teach you breathing techniques that increase the amount of muscle in the tummy area. more muscle in an area reduces the fat in that area as it burns up local fat for energy.

increase the muscles in that area and the fat will star to reduce.

or pilates that also helps a lot to reduce fat from the belly

1.don't eat so much of carbohydrate foods.
2.exercise everyday.
