Does anyone raise the golden apple snail?

No I haven't yet.
But I hope I will soon because I have 11 adult apple snails.

We were going to get one when we upgraded tank sizes, but in the time between (several weeks), they got made illegal to sell as pets in Michigan. Too many people were releasing them into ponds and lakes, and they're wrecking havok on the eco system here.

I tried but it was so voracious it ate all the plants in the tank so I had to take it back to the pet shop.
