Hi there first of all your very brave to have a party with 10 year olds. My newphews just turned 11 and the other one turned 9 and we tend to take them somewhere as the boys can get abit of a handful.
But as for what to put in a party bag below is some ideas.
Sweets, Lollys , Big chunk of cake, Water ballons, Football stickers (buy a couple of packs and spread them out), Bouncy balls, Tattoos/Transfers (They love them) Woolworths has loads of party packs (Prussuming you in the UK) Pens maybe.
If i think of anything else i will be back :)

Football stickers, super bouncy balls, army men, may be some cartoon inspired film stuff upto date like little micro machine cars from the pixar film cars, anything to do with Starwars can not go wrong with ten year old boys!

Asda do packets of small toys like yo-yo's, whistles and other stuff in packs of about 10 for party bags....then just put all your usual sweets n tha in them....

We always used to put one of those £1 scratch cards in boys' goody bags.

small toy cars, yo-yos, deck of cards, you knowthose cheap small toys you get from thrift shops. i loved them when i was a kid! bys are easy to entertain anyway especially at 10 im sure whatever you get they will enjoy! if you get lollies/candy get like popping gum and the funs ones. haha my nephew loves popping gum!

candy, garbage pail kids, gross out candy (noses with green goo candy inside, ears with candy that you scoop out) and fake Billy Bob teeth. ( you can buy 'em cheap now!
