How can i put phone Harrassment charges on my ex- and her crack head boyfriend if i accidently erased the time they called from my cell phone... Do i need proof that they kept calling my phone at 3:00 in the morning? She had them put on me a few months back and it was thrown out of court because she was the who called me, it was over her keeping this crack head away from my kids...

Go file the charges, but before you do make documentation of all the times and dates she and he called. You do not need to have it on caller ID as long as you have it documented....remember when there was no caller ID, the laws have not changed since then.

Your phone company may have a record of the calls. There may even be a way to un-erase the calls on your phone. I would call them to find out.
I would think you would need some kind of proof to be convicted of it.
I'm sorry for you.

(I had something like this happen to me too. The funny part was I had called the police and the idiot called while the cop was there and he answered it. It was a frustrating situation, but that made me laugh)

My phone bill has itemized in and out calls.

If your billing doesn't show it the company can still provide you with a typed page of calls.

And tell the police about the crack head. They could catch him in possession with the kids nearby and you would have grounds to label her as an unfit mother.
I wouldn't tolerate it if it were any kids I know of.

you will need proof or you could just be making it up to get them in trouble, your service provider will be able to give you this proof.
