Obviously, if you're a girl, it's best to do this wearing low-heeled shoes so that you don't lose your balance as you kick. Excessively pointed toes are not recommended, because they're likely to crumple on impact and never look good again.

Combat boots, there is a whole story about this....
I was walking home through a rather rough part of a city I used to live in (very late at night) and got an attempted mugging off two guys who thought for some reason that I looked like the Terminator (ok I am very tall, and at the time was wearing a black leather biker jacket and everything else was black too)...they were taunting me lots "you look like the Ternminator, you ain't that hard, we gonna kick the sh*it out of you etc etc"
They advanced upon me, I span-kicked one in the stomach before they got close, he collapsed in a heap. His mate suddenly realising he was one-on-one with me and suddenly took the opportunity to rethink the whole idea;
he picked up his mate and apologised..then we all staggered off into the night in seperate directions...beautiful...
Now there was this other time when someone pulled a knife on me, well I will save that for a different question...

No I haven't. In general I hate violence.
The only time I went off limits was a couple of years ago when I slapped a girl because she said something really bad for my mother.
I don't mind people saying anything about me, but I don't want anyone to insult my family.

hell yeah,i was wearing my cowboy boots,but it wasnt his stomach it was me throwing him down and stomping his genitals,but i wasnt gental about it,he was 350 pounds and i am a female 75 pounds,i got'him done though,then i gotr'drunk,yes that would be me he was buying
