Cause society makes them think that if they don't look as good as everyone else they will be lonely and have no life and such. Therefor they will get picked on and harassed in school simply cause they don't fit into that group.

because of all of the hormones and spots and sweating and hairs under armpits and you want to look nice and have boys take you out and things like that and then there's getting bullied in school for not looking right to someone else, I'm 17 by the way but I hated school because I didn't wear makeup and fit in
