depression is not a normal part of life, regardless of your age, sex, or health status.
The good news is that depression is very treatable. Most patients, even those with severe depression, show improvement after they seek treatment. Your doctor will prescribe treatment based on the pattern of your depression, its severity, persistence of symptoms, and history.

Therapy, mental help, and God.
If you feel depressed all the time, you have a condition that requires medication.
From there, you'll start to feel better and from there you can get in touch with God.

lead.
I get so tired of people complaining about being depressed, yet they do nothing about it. Go out and do something. Turn off the PC and make you body move.
If you get out and exercise you will feel better. Sitting stagnant in front of a computer is bad for you.

keeping a positive frame of mind helps. remembering one true happy event in your life and believing it will happen again can do wonders. its what i use to snap back ito reality instead of staring at the floor for hours on end.
