Shower bath or shower gel is sth you use instead of soap when you bathe. Body lotion is applied after having a bath in order to scent and soften your skin.

Shower bath -- do you mean shower gel? That's what you use when you're taking a bath (mix with water, pour on a loofah/sponge or straight on to your skin, get all sudsy and bubbly). Body lotion -- you only apply that AFTER you take a bath, when you're all nice and towel dried. :)
