Not all Muslims do it, but it's just a show of respect and love to one another. And to say "Habib Albi" with it means you're in my heart. In the arabic language love is used freely between men and has no sexual connotation to it as America might percieve it as "gay". Hope this helps you. Peace.

Infact to give respect and admire for somebody muslims usually do this especially connect with their religion dogmas. So it is one form of expressing their feelings towards others.
