when a person uses medicene to have a good body, a body like the ones who work bodybuilding ( to have large muscles) and after a while they lose there body there muscles become losen and they can't stop using the medicene anymore(to have that beautiful body they've got to always use that medicine)(or maybe they use any other kind of medicine), what does it mean when they say these kind of people DON'T UNDERSTAND SEX?

it can have feeling effects too.for example that person wouldn't love his wife (or husband)

Okay, you lost me. All I can say is that after a while, people start having to use more and more of this "medicine" in order to get the results they once got. The odd thing is that these people do not lose their sex drive, they just have no control over it. Some people have to have sex all the time, others can only have sex when they get the "urge," and others cannot have sex very often at all. One thing that is amazing is that when a man uses steroids, it increases muscle density and since the penis is a muscle, it is also enlarged so the whole thing about penis shrinkage is a myth. However, these drugs do damage the testicles to the point that it may cause birth defects at first, then sterility, then it will make the testicles virtually nonexistent.

ok i dont understand the Q.
but i think this is the info u need.
body building pills have serious side effects eg mood and sex drive.... and tend to make the users aggressive. if not coupled with a balanced heavy diet they have the opposite effect on the body.
