How many glasses of milk should drink when someone prenage??

My sister has prenage for 2 months. She hates drinking milk,but it 's necessary to drink some. Please give me the suggestion. :)

Just because your sister has prenage doesn't mean you should have to drink milk. I'd celebrate with some whisky & beer.

milk is dairy so yogurt, cheese & many others can substitute if she likes them if not she could take extra calcium supplements.
