Thank you two points and try asking yourself what is it that jo does that makes you annoyed with him/her. It may be you with the problem and not jo.

It is annoying, but not as annoying as saying 'right' at the end of every sentence. It's as though you are answering your own question and preventing the other person from speaking by playing their role as well as your own.
