whats the frequency per day?

Anywhere from several times a day to once a week or so is normal. Usually by 4 months, the frequency has dropped from that initial newborn CONSTANT pooping, but whatever it's dropped to is individual to the child.

A better question than "what's a normal frequency" is, does your child seem okay to you? Is he/she pooping easily when the time comes, or are they in discomfort? Does the kid otherwise seem happy and healthy?

If kid is pooping easily and seems okay, then all is probably well. There's a really wide range of normal for poop frequency. :)

Every baby is different - let me first say that if you have concerns about your baby - the best thing to do is to ask the baby's doctor. Having said that, it is normal for a baby to poop more than once a day all the way to pooping only once every couple of days. As long as the poop is normal (not little rocks or diarea) that is all you really need to be concerned about. If your baby seems to be struggling too hard to poop and it comes out in little hard balls, talk to your doctor about it. Or if it is really runny and watery - again - talk to your doctor. But other than that - let your baby set the schedule. :) Good luck

At four months baby should be pooping at least every 3 days. At 5 months my baby had started pooping at least once a day. Every baby is different.

like everyone said, it varies, but at least once a day is best, when my daughter was 4 months it was usually twice a day.
every other day or even every three days is considered normal.
