If its a remote computer, its on the network. File and print sharing on the remote must be enabled. The folders that the data is in must be set to share. Its then a matter of opening "my network places" and finding and copying the data you want.

if it's stand alone, you have to do it manually. by diskettes, flash drives or the internet. if it's in a network, just share the folders and choose the files you want to copy, share it, then utilize it on another pc...

just share the folders and access the folder from other pc.
take the run command and enter " \\ip address of the source computer" . then u can see the shared file. u can easily access those files.
