Well some people would do it. Imagine what it would be like on a Fri or Sat night in the towns and cities around Britian ?! Women wouldn't be able to leave their homes !!

If rape was made legal, one way or another, there'd still be ironical terms like "consensual rape" and "non-consensual".
In some countries,rape could even occur through fantasies,and still against the law.
After all said and done, to be truthfully honest, I'd do it out of curiousity. But then again my conscience would have stopped me, like anybody else.
sad case huh. :( But true.

This question is entirely academic, because no civilized country would legalize rape, but the answer is no.
Making it legal wouldn't be making it morally right.

Don't confuse rape fantasy with the actual act. The first one is sexually based and makes you only a pervert. The second one is power based and makes you a monster.
