Someone answered another question for me and said I would be warned about executible files when downloading on Limewire.
What does that mean?

Executable files have a .EXE extension. You want to be extremely careful when double-clicking on a file with that extension from Limewire. I have often seen that many of these files contain viruses or spyware. If you have virus scanning software, some are pretty good at catching a Trojan virus before it executes. You can try to scan the file first also to check for viruses or problems. Or best yet, stay away from .EXE files on Limewire.
