Sure.

Both parties have there ups and downs.

Republicans.
They want a more powerful individual. They think that the person who knows best for you is you. They want smaller government because they believe that government works better when it has less control over people. They want a more traditional America. They believe that America is a country with a great base and was founded with great ideals.

Democrats.
They want to control more of what happens in America. They have a lot of smart folks, with great educations and lots of ideas on how they can better take care of you then you thought you could. They want a big government because it allows them to do more if they have more people. They feel that the ideas that started the country need an update. The world has changed and we need to change our ideas and our morals to match it.

Both parties can be filled with good people. Both can do great things and there are great people in each. For instance.

Republican.

Steven LaTourette

Democrat.

Wes Clark

Both are great Americans.

Steve wants to keep the power in your hands.
Wes wants to take command and take care of you.

Both again are good folks.

I hope that helps.
