Are there are issues with Limewire that I should be aware of before downloading and running the file?
Can you download complete songs there?

I recently got the free version of Limewire. Then I got Frostwire. Next I found out that you can get Limewire pro for free by downloading it with Limewire. Every time I tried that, I got a message about spyware in the file, so I finally downloaded it with Frostwire. Today I erased both programs and spent hours trying to hunt down spyware and viruses. Crime doesn't pay, anyhow where I live, you can check CDs and DVDs out of the library and copy them. What you do is up to you, but download it from www.limewire.com. You can get it free, but there are lots of sites with similar names that want to sell you what they got for free.

I've been using Limewire for years and never had any problems.
Yes you can get complete songs.
Just make sure you virus check any programs you might download....every once in a while there will be a little nasty in those but Limewire usually finds them and warns you.

nah. limewire's pretty safe..
yes, you can download complete songs. just pick the ones with the highest rating or most mumber of sources.. don't download those with less than 3 stars..
and update your anti virus if you plan to download executable files.. but limewire sends you a warning about them.. =)

there are not normally any problems with installing limewire ...i would always install the version from the limewire site to ensure there are no viruses etc attached ......
a lot of the files and programmes that limewire finds on the p2p network have viruses attached .....th golden rule is NEVER open any file which you have downloaded without first scanning with an upto date virus scanner .....
there are millions of songs and videos etc on Limewire ...but bear in mind that most will be copyrighted and any downloading of copyright material without prior permission is illegal .....

I too use Lime wire & it's safe there is nothing to fear u can download full video as well as song there.
the seacrh option which is given helps to find what we want very easily.There is nothing to worry.

it warnes you if any files are corrupted and you just click stop download
