Valerian is a strong sleep inducing herb, chamomile is light but aids in sleep and relaxation. take small amounts of the Valerian at first to make sure there are no ill side effect such as an allergy

there's an Herbal Tea out there called Sleepy Time try that before yoou take pills. The reason its good is it contains kava kava. which is a herb known to relax the body.

sleepytime is a good one by celestial seasonings, so is peppermint tea, ovaltine is another good remedy, valerian root is good for this also but it may upset your stomach, chamomile tea is ok but if you are allergic to ragweed do not drink this tea, it comes from the ragweed family as so would ecchinacea tea but it is used as a naturl antibiotic, melatonin is not a tea it comes in a capsule it will make you sleepy good luck
