People are different, doing things in different ways. Therefore I do not generalise. I need an answer. I have asked many people this question and they give you general answers. But people think different ways. What may seem romantic to one is not to another. So how can I be sure that a person loves just me

I think if it's real love, the person shows respect most of all. They are also willing to go out of their way for you, not just once, but whenever it's needed. Since everyone is different, I would have to say that knowing true love comes from sensing it. You feel in in your heart. It's just different when compared to lust. It makes you cry from being so happy. I knew I was in love when I asked myself...would I give up my life for the person...and answered yes.

No way to know. Love is purely personal, and cannot even be correctly expressed.
Declarations are not dependable, since situations could change the attitude.

Whether or not someone likes romantic gestures, conservative expressions of love one thing is universal...to what extent a person that loves will go for the person he/she loves.

you can tell it, by the way he or she behaves with you.
By attentions, RESPECT, true interest.
It's no use asking urself this question: deep down inside yourself, you know the truth, wether he cares or not. Altough often we try to deny the truth to ourselves.
We, for first, should respect ourselves, in order to receive respect from others aswell.

For me, it shows in the amount of time they want to spend with you, how much care they show for your feelings, and how sensitive they are to your needs.
