Does anyone know the enzyme activity of lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase?
Please include scource too.

you have to determine this experimentally. look on scifinder or beilstein index. it isn't worth the workload for me to do it for you. sorry.

Lactate, Maltate, and Succinate appear to be starches and the name "dehydrogenase" means that which removes hydrogen.
