Dell is nothing but junk.If you like problems buy a Dell.And customer service,they don't have any.

Click the customize button and order it! Personally, I'd buy it from Ebay. You can typically get it for hundreds of $$$ below the Dell the website.

When you have visited the site, obviously there is a button for each model, or click on the model. You will get all the necessary info on how to procure it. There is always the contact button. Click it and it will take you to Dell site.

If you have a valid Credit Card then you can order for the system by clicking on the "Personolize" Tab on every system and build a systm of your requirement and make the necessary payment details, I am sure the website is pretty helpful and easy to access

Call them up on the phone rather than order from their website! Trust me on this! You can haggle the price, get them to throw extras in for free, those prices are not set in stone on the website. They are very reasonable and friendly to talk to. That's been my experience.
