What ended up happening? I understand he's out of jail and under Beth's supervision.
Is he going to be extradited to Mexico?
Does anyone know when he goes back to court or if he already has?

He is expected to be back on trail in Mexico in mid January 2007. However, his lawyer said that they will change the status of his case to "Illegal American in Mexico", and he will be charged for that and not crossing border in to a sovereign country and arrest their citizen.

Dog is out on bail, under Beth's supervision. I'm not sure when the next hearing is, but there is still some chance that he will be extradited to Mexico. I don't think that hearing has occurred yet.

"Some animals are more equal than others." So, just he knows about the law and he apprehends others who have done exactly as he's done, but he gets to get away with bail jumping himself? Talk about hypocrisy! And then people wonder why this country is hated all over the world over some of their citizens getting preferential treatment over others... maybe if "Dog" was black or Latino...? Goes to show that some people believe in "Justice" while others believe in "Just us!"
