I had my period and then two weeks after the first day of my last period i had a bit of spotting but it was more brown than red. It only lasted one day and then stopped. Any idea what it is?

No need to worry..unless it continues...then visit obgyn...mostlikely is eating habits...change in diet...stress...etc...could be various non worry reasons...keep aware and see obgyn if continues.
