i was being chased by a vampire (i wasnt scared of it, it was hunting me more then anything) and i kept killing it, but the next day it would be back, with its dead previous body laying where i killed it, and its costume would be slightly different, and there was a big pond with a pirate ship with a walkway going to it which i was on, and the vampire was in the water so i jumped in and killed it (again), the thing is no1 belived me, even though armed police where everywhere guarding the dead bodies, the only person who belived me was my best friend, for some reason we were in a house and she was getting changed and i looked away, but she told me it was okay, but when she took her top off her entire torso was as flat as a board with no belly button, no bumps, nothing. what does this dream mean? help, its really been nagging me!!!

Hey well everyone seems to have the same idea that I had, when I told you what I thought. Okay so I am the gurl in the dream, very privilaged I'm sure lol. Your my best mate in the whole world and me and you are like dead close, I tell you loads of stuff and you tell me stuff.

After reading the answers maybe there is something we have to discuss like, wether you still have feelings for me, (which prob be No cuz u hated me for so long after we split). And wether you think deep down you think I am making a mistake going out with Will?

Okay talk to you soon x

My family likes to interprete dreams too. So we do have a little experience to share with you.

Firstly, the vampire denotes a problem. The problem like the vampire is actually an undead problem; it cannot be destroyed or resolved directly. That is why you keep killing the vampire but it keeps coming back but with a slight change in its clothing.

Perhaps a relationship problem which cannot be resolved directly but everytime you think you have resolved it it comes back in a slightly different form.

A big pond with a pirate ship and a walkway leading to the pirate ship. A big pond might denote a challenge while the pirate ship might denote that the challenge is unusual and may even involve something illicit. Then again it might mean it calls for some unorthodox approach like those of pirates.

The good news must be that the challenge can be overcome as there is a walkway leading to the pirate ship; so deep inside you know what needs to be done but need some time or realisation to accept the circumstances you are in.

Now, the vampire is in the water, which we can take to confirm that the problem is wrapped up in the challenge. Like all life's little stepping stones; before we reach another level we will face some tests along the way.

You mentioned nobody believed you yet armed police were guarding all the vampire bodies. Which we can take as further confirmation that the problem is relationship based as each problem which occured and are supposedly solve; you and who ever is involved are not keen to revisit or even discuss it any further! Except your best friend; well she wouldn't be your best friend if she didn't now would she?

Your best friend changing and saying its ok for you to look; well perhaps she is going through some change in life whether personality or circumsstances and she doesn't mind you being part of it.

Lastly, after she took off her top you did not see what you expected, so perhaps you were expecting something to happen to her or your relationship with her and are having problems understanding each other so after each attempt you guys stop trying that approach but deep inside you guys know what needs to be done but it is so difficult to even think about it. The good news is that things aren't as bad as you think they are!

Well, that's my two pennies worth!

Vampires in dreams are symbolic of something draining you, maybe emotionally. The part that you kill it, but it returns means that you have yet to overcome whatever is "draining" you The "draining" could be that you still have feelings for your ex, but cannot show them. When we get to the part where no one believes you, that shows that you may be seeing something that others just don't. Example: you are still friends with your ex. You may see it as a good thing, but no one else does. (that is just an example, i do not know your relationship with your ex, so that may not be correct) Anyways, the reason that i say that, is because you saw your ex with a flat torso, even though you were not going to watch her change, and she said it was ok. This sounds like there are still some deep seeded emotions behind your relationship, but seeing her with a different torso (an intimate part of her) means that you may be beginning to realize that there is no longer a bf/gf relationship between you two anymore.

you are under a lot of pressure--lot of stress, and you're "fighting" to keep everything in your life under control. Unfortunately no matter how well you do keeping on top of things, it seems like just as soon as you think you're going to be able to relax, something comes up and you're off to save the world again(hence the vampire who keeps coming back) You're not good at asking for help, although you have been letting the people close to you know you're getting worn out. However their used to you being strong and capable and just tell you how confident they are that you can do everything. Your best friend was too good of a friend to have a relationship with, so your subconcious mind censored her nude torso in a very noticeable way

ok the vampire thing i totally relate to but i have no idea why either. i think it might link to issues between you and your friend. let's start with she believes you, which means that she must be a good friend who you think would be on your side regardless. next point i think perhaps it might point to as your friend is a girl and you did the gentlemanly thing and didn't look but then she said you could so you did. perhaps that was a trust thing, that you shouldn't have looked because when you did you were disappointed. do you fancy her maybe a little too? perhaps a warning towards being disappointed if you were to move from friends (not looking) to more (access all areas)?

just my thoughts on the matter ;) remove the vampires head next time and burn it away from the body, that'll stop the sucker!

Interesting dream. I've had variations on the 'evil thing chasing me' so it's only there that I have some insight. It could be that it's a recurring worry or problem or something you don't like about yourself that you think you've solved/changed, but either you're going about it the wrong way or it can't be easily resolved. This is because it keeps coming back again in a slightly different form (costume slightly different) and in different situations (water vs on land). That's my take on it.

However, its persistence could mean that it's something that you've refused to deal with many times, over and over, so it's forced to appear so many times in your dreams again.

Perhaps you can think back on what you're dealing with presently?

Hope this helps.

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahanswerholics Community member suggests the following.

Sounds as if the vampire is a problem or issue that is on your mind, be it concious or sub concious. Something that will not go away until you deal with it face on.

Is your female friend married or in a relationship with someone you are close to? Is your subconcious trying to stop you from making moves on someone who you know will cause problem / tensions with friends or family?

Your dream is basically that you think about your ex and she is the only one who has believed in you in the past. Maybe you miss the feeling of support from her. Her chest may have been her best assets and that is the feature you relate to in your dream. Being chased mean that in real life you are constanly running from something and you need to stand up and face it

The trick is to ignore all the weird stuff and break it down

Being chased = being criticized, disciplined

You probably are into some sort of guilt conscience. You are afraid to share it out. Having your best friend projected to be the only one to trust and turn not to be deformed could mean you are losing trust with people particularly the close ones
