Programs need two things to run: RAM, and something to do the 'thinking/working out' for the program.

1. RAM. It stands for Random Access Memory. When a program is running, it temporarily stores things in RAM. For example, if you're typing up a word document, and you haven't saved it, then it is the RAM which stores everything that hasn't been saved onto the hard disk. You have a limited amount of RAM, and so when you have lots of programs running, there might not be enough RAM for every program, and so your computer becomes slow trying to get it all to work.

2. Processor. The processor is the part of your computer which 'thinks'. This also has a limited capacity. If a program is sitting there doing nothing, then it won't need any of the processor. But if you have a few different programs doing things at teh same time, then they are competing for the processor. And some of them will have to wait for other programs to finish using it, or it'll split its capacity between them, meaning they all run slowly.

Because the processor works on a timesharing system and allocates a little slot of time to each program that is running. They don't all run at the same time but in sequence so effectively one system must sit in the queue and wait for the others to finish.

Try doing several jobs at the same time yourself, I am sure you will slow down too.

The computer doesn't really do everything at once. It gives slices of time to each thing that is running, round and round in turn. Think of it as a crowded bar with only one bartender giving everyone their refills. If there are only a couple of people drinking they never have to wait, but if there are 50 people jammed in there they will wait a long time to get their drinks before their turn comes around.

the problem with this problem is that your computer used memory for each program. you might try updating you memory or just buy some more. When you run lots of programs its hard on your system. seems to me your running an older system. You might need to upgrade your windows online.

Try ending some processes of the things that you are not using at the moment eg close a camera sofeware process if you are not using it. this frees up some of the computers memory helping programs run faster. also try disk clean up and disk defragment

you place self belief in managements discretion. They understand what the corporation needs and what's sturdy for the corporation better than you do. Hiring and firing judgements are on no account as uncomplicated and "shrink and dried" as purely lacking some shifts. regulations like that supply administration the prospect to fireplace workers, they dont make it a necessity. In different words, firing isnt "needed" and additionally you acquire some specific exception. It purely delivered your call up as "fireable devoid of having us sued for wrongful termination". Oh, and additionally you on no account observed somebody get fired for "precisely" a similar element.... they have been fired through fact they have been slackers or grotesque or they smelled undesirable or another mix of issues and the "lacking shifts" became into the main suitable straw or the legal excuse.
