how do you fix a browser problem that when you clink on a link and one gets knocks off?

You can try installing Firefox without uninstalling Explorer and see how it goes. It has a popup stopper too.

little confused by the question - but if when you click on a link and nothing happens ...then prabably need to disable pop up blocker ....

you have to stop blocking pop-up
