You can't beat a Hollywood Union crew. It's that simple.
There's also a big difference between Hollywood TV and Hollywood Features.
TV is done on a 3 week turn around, 1 week pre, 1 week shooting, one week post on the air.
Movies can take 2 years to get from pre to release.
TV is done in 1.5 Mil per show movies are done on 150 mil.
Ballywood does a good job with what it does. And America has made some clinkers in the realm of musicals that look pretty bad.
But to reach the level of Sound of Music or My Fair Lady or Phantom of the Opera, the slick Hollywood and London studios always shine.

Bloody Olga have you ever observed any bollywood film. It is your bloody hollywood films which has nothing else but human flesh besides to some good technology being used. Off-course they are so only because of the budget. But then bollywood films still give a stiff competition on the international level.

Bollywood films are always better than Hollywood films.
In Bollywood, there is Budget problems then also Bollywood makes Large no. of films in the world than any film industry of the world.

couple of reasons among others is funding as well as exposure to the knowledge pool that Hollywood enjoys, that's probabally the reason why there is brilliance in pockets but not in its entirity. The audiance too need to be mature to recieve the kind of subjects that hollywood deals with e.g The Matrix, Wild Wild West etc.,

according to me,thats so because bollywood movies have that boring and idiotic songs and secondly they can not make big budget movies and thirdly viewers do not want the same story every time.

Bollywood (I would hate to use the term!), movies are crap. Why ? 'cause it is substandard, there is not even an element of originality in it....let alone standard !
