What a good question. It made me think up a motto for myself - thank you.
"Walk tall with eyes and mind open"
It made me ask on Yahoo another question for the latin translation of my new motto!

I kind of have two, the first I saw on a poster, and loved:

Within me lies the power
To seize the hour
And live my dreams

The second is a poem I wrote, because I was always a heart before head kind of person, and this is about the trouble I would get into by not thinking first, and reminder to slow down and think before acting.

Hasten, my heart, to bring me joy
Hasten my love to me
But slow my ever-hurrying feet
Which walk my destiny
For if I rush into my dreams
Or leap to my desires
I wonder not
That on my way
I land among the briers

The only thing that differentiates people from one another is their character. Don't judge on account of colour or race. It's all about who they are and what they do.

Live and let live.

But I also always liked "be excellent to each other" Wayne's World.
