Do you know the name of the county where they were married? If so, they will have a copy of the license. You can also check in the state archives located in Topeka.
Email me thru my profile and I will see what I can do to help. I have been doing genealogy for years and have done some research in Kansas.

You will have to go to the court house in the county they were married in. It is probably on microfiche so you will have to do some digging. They will be able to give you a photo copy once you find it. Fortunately there wont be many marriages to wade through because of the low population of Kansas at the time.

Recorder's Office in the county of the marriage. Call them and ask.

Try the county office that keeps all marriage licenses. Otherwise, if you know what church she was married in, they should have a record of it there in the church files. That's probably where I would start.
