Obvious answer: quit drinking so damn much water, and especially at one time. There is no reason to do this, and also all of the misinformation out there about flushing your system is bogus--your body will tell you when you are thirsty, then drink. If you are working out and sweating, replenish your water loss; but too much at anytime can cause problems. As mentioned, you probably overworked your bladder and caused the bleeding. Knock off on the water overdoses and you should be fine. If you are still having blood in your urine in a day or two, tell your parents or if independent, see a doctor.

Drinking 8 glasses of water per day is very healthy. Yes, it might make you have to urinate during the night, but that would be normal. You're going to put out about as much as you take in.
Your penis hurting is not normal and probably doesn't have anything to do with how much water you're drinking, or how long you hold it. Blood in urine is not normal, and is not related to drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or waiting to urinate. It is a sign of some infection or other problem. See a doctor!

According to the Ayurveda 1 drop of semen has a value of 60 drops of blood and it has a high protein value necessary for defense system of the body against different diseases. People having too much sex or losing semen too often will pass blood instead of semen because semen is not generated yet. But as they lose this important substance they will also lose good health, memory, youth. They will quickly have big eye-bags, walk with a stick in the old age and experience all kid of different diseases.
So, be careful what you are doing. Foolishness starts when you thinking about sex and woman.

You should never drink that much water straight. it should be gradual throught the day. 1/2 a pint every hour would ne more than enough.
You might be over stretching your bladder and causing tears. this could lead to many complications.
Reduce the amount you drink in one go immediately and see you doctor for a checkup to make sure you havent damaged yourself and also the find out what the blood is about. you have to eliminate any other problems urgently.

I am proud of you for really drinking 8 glasses of water a day!! Not enough people drink enough water.
But let me say this: It is NEVER normal to have blood in your urine. The extra water really shouldn't have anything to do with it. Go see your doc. and get all checked out. He'll probably refer you to a urologist if he/she sees something potentially wrong.
And also, don't :"hold in" your urine. You are setting yourself up for urinary tract infections.
Blessings!
